The band welcomes \m/ateo's brother Jose "Raven" Rivera as their new bassist, someone who is a critical member to the power of the new music the band is writing. Former Infinition bassist Mark Chrzaszczewski is now taking on the role of lead singer, with backup vocals done by \m/ateo and Raven. At the current time, the band is working on seveal new songs for 2013-14. The improved technicality and tighter band play of the new music in combination with the stronger and more melodic vocal range is proving to make the band's next compilation of music to be recorded true to their motto as "the heaviest metal band you can understand!"

Infinition at Toad's Place

Infinition performed with Maniac, Infested Prophecy and 8 other bands at the Cleans Vs. Screams event at Toad's Place Lilly's Pad in New Haven, CT on 9/15/2013 which was Raven's debut with the band on bass and Mark's debut as lead vocalist. The band opened their set with their heaviest version to date of Enhancement (Follow the Leader), performed fan favorites such as Jihad and December 19th (Wake Up!) and closed the set with first-time performance of their brand new song Awaken the Savage which was extremely well received by fans both old and new that were present. Several long-time fans of the band who were at the show have said "this is a different band...was good before, but this is way better"..."you found the winning combination"..."I liked Infinition before, but I REALLY like them now!"..."The new song is awesome!"
